David arrived late in the day when the originally scheduled plumbers were still on another job. We were desperate w/ sewage backing up in our bathtub and shower stall. David was able to diagnose the problem, cable the clog and recommend a solution should this ever happen again. He explained everything well and in good humor! And pointed out that even those “flushable” wipes say they are safe for septic systems, they most certainly are NOT ! I’m much more knowledgeable and empowered in how I understand our plumbing/septic sx in my very large family home I inherited. Many thanks!
