For some reason I thought the service was to test the system for problems, which the tech did, and for a cleaning of the filters which the tech did not do. He said that I should just continue cleaning the filters as I had been. Perhaps the filters did not need cleaning during his visit, but it would have been better had he cleaned them so I know I don't have to worry about it for awhile.
