He was so professional and answered the questions I had about the ducting. I am so grateful to have the pendant back and with no scratches. I was totally shocked when there was no charge! Truly amazing, Pierce! You were not only completely thorough but also fully informative. My husband is disabled and often cold, and our fireplace has been essential to his quality of life. I was impressed by the professionalism and capability. I would recommend that Barron utilize Pierce's expertise in any fireplace related training. I also wanted to add that all the Barron staff is excellent, but Pierce, is stellar.

From start to finish, Barron services were impressive and thorough—from assessing our 1897 newly purchased home, laying out a duct plan, installing new ducts and cleaning the entire system. I highly recommend Barron and would choose them again!
The competence and integrity of the company that installs your new furnace is more important than the furnace itself. Barron stands behind their work and their word and their technical, financial, and administrative staff are the most professional I have ever worked with…When I was researching companies to replace my 31-year-old gas furnace, a representative from a large home improvement supplier quoted Barron as the ‘gold standard’. I can now say from personal experience that I am in full agreement.

A leaky water heater is never a good thing but having someone to call whom you trust to take care of it is a great thing. For us, that call is always to Barron. Eric was on time, professional, qualified and personable, all of the qualities that keep us coming back. Thank you for the great service!
Outstanding pair from Barron’s installed my new furnace. They arrived on time, worked seamlessly as a team, explained processes as they went, cleaned up, and were courteous and friendly. As a former customer service manager, I was highly impressed.
